These Terms govern access to the DOM-EDGE Investor private presentation and access platform.
Authorized use
Access is restricted to people whose Google email matches an approved DOM-EDGE invitation. Do not share access, invitation links, credentials or confidential materials.
Informational purpose
The platform supports a potential discussion with DOM-EDGE. It is not an offer, solicitation, investment recommendation or commitment. A separate mandate or written agreement is required before any investment relationship.
Risk and illustrative content
Historical observations do not indicate future results. Futures trading involves substantial risk, including possible partial or total loss of capital. Simulator outputs are illustrative only, not forecasts, guarantees or promised returns.
Confidentiality and intellectual property
Materials are confidential and remain the property of DOM-EDGE or their owners. You may not copy, distribute, publish or use them beyond evaluating a potential discussion without written permission.
Access and liability
DOM-EDGE may suspend, revoke or change access to protect confidentiality, security and operations. These Terms do not create a regulatory status, guarantee or liability arrangement beyond what is agreed in writing.
