DOM-EDGE Investor Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how DOM-EDGE Investor handles personal information when you use this invitation-only private investor presentation and access platform.

1. About DOM-EDGE Investor

DOM-EDGE Investor is a private investor presentation and authorized access platform operated by DOM-EDGE. It is intended for invited prospective investors and is not a public investment service.

2. Information We Collect

We may process your name, email address, invitation and access status, and information needed to operate and secure the platform. We do not receive or store your Google password.

3. Google Sign-In and Google User Data

DOM-EDGE Investor requests only the Google Sign-In scopes openid, email and profile. Subject to your authorization and Google’s response, this may include a Google account identifier, email address, name and basic profile information. We do not request Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar or other Google services.

4. How We Use Information

We use Google identity information to authenticate you, identify the invited user, verify that the Google email corresponds to an authorized invitation, secure confidential investor information, prevent unauthorized access and administer authorized prospect access. Google authentication alone does not grant access; DOM-EDGE invitation rules remain decisive.

5. Investor Presentation Analytics

Where enabled, we may record access timestamps, visit/session activity, sections viewed, active session duration, simulator interactions, major CTA interactions, approximate country/region/city when reliably available, and high-level device/browser category. This is used for access security, administration, prospect follow-up and service improvement. We do not request GPS, use browser fingerprinting, record keystrokes, capture clipboard data, screen-record or collect precise location.

6. Cookies and Authentication Sessions

We use secure authentication and session information to maintain sign-in and protect access. This may be stored in browser cookies and application records needed for the authorized access workflow.

7. How Information May Be Shared

DOM-EDGE does not sell Google user data. Information may be processed by service providers necessary to host, secure or operate the application. We do not share Google user data for advertising.

8. Data Retention

Personal, authentication and access information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described and for applicable legal, security or contractual obligations.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including server-side authorization checks and protected session handling. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Rights and Data Requests

You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or information about your personal data where applicable. Contact contact@dom-edge-trading.com. We may verify your identity and retain data where required by law or to protect the service.

11. International Users

Information may be processed where DOM-EDGE and necessary service providers operate. Data-protection laws may differ by location.

12. Third-Party Services

Google Sign-In is used solely for identity authentication. Google’s handling of information is governed by its own privacy terms. This does not imply Google endorsement of DOM-EDGE.

13. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect operational, legal or service changes. The updated version will be posted here with a revised date.

14. Contact

For privacy questions or requests, contact DOM-EDGE at contact@dom-edge-trading.com.
